- Next, you can start the return process by submitting a ticket or reaching out to our support email at support@chitaliving.com.
- You have two options for returning your order: you can receive a prepaid FedEx return label and drop off the item at your nearest FedEx location, or we can arrange for our shipping partner to pick up the item. If you prefer a pickup, just let us know ahead of time.
- Our team will respond to your return request within 0-2 days, and the entire return process usually takes about 5-7 business days.
- Make sure to prepare the item for return by securely repackaging it, including all original packaging and accessories that came with it.
- After you ship the item, our team will check the return to confirm it meets our policy requirements. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
