Q3: How wide must the door frame be for the box?
A3: The chair ships in one box. The minimum door width is 30''.

Q4: Is this a wall hugger? How much wall clearance is required to recline fully?
A4: Yes, this is a zero wall recliner. You can place it directly against the wall.

Q5: What is the weight of the chair alone?
A5: The net weight of the chair is around 103.4 lbs. The gross weight (with box) is around 117.7lbs.

Q6: Can it be reclined manually?
A6: No, it reclines only with power.

Q7: Can I use the built-in Type-C to charge my MacBook?
A7: The output of the USB and Type-C charger is 5V 2A (10W). The wattage may not be high enough for your MacBook. Please double check you laptop requirement to make sure.

Q8: What is the length of the cord?

Q9: What is the best way to clean when something has spilled on it?
A9: Used distilled water or a water-based leather cleaning product with a lightly dampened, soft white cotton cloth. Gently wipe the area seam to seam in a circular motion to remove soils.
