Please note, as a seller, we can ONLY process the refund through your original order and the refund will return back to the original payment method you use to place the order.
In most cases, the card-issuing bank will promptly accept the refund. If the cardholder has the same card-issuer and bank account, the funds will be successfully credited to that account. We do recommend reaching out to your bank first to confirm before requesting a refund from us to prevent any financial loss.
