Before Shipment (Shipping Label Not Created and you haven't received the Shipping Notification):
You can easily update your shipping address before a shipping label has been created. Simply send us an email with the new shipping address you want to change to, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that a shipping label is usually created within 2-24 hours before an order is marked as fulfilled.
After Shipment (Shipping Label Created and you have received a notification email with the tracking link):
Once a shipping label has been created, your order is already on its way. However, if you still wish to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the new address. Our team will work with our carrier to try and redirect the shipment to the new address.
It's important to keep in mind that redirection might fail due to various reasons. After you receive the confirmation from our team for the redirection, please kindly keep an eye on the tracking of your order, and keep us updated if you need further assistance, we will try our best to help!
