Before Shipment (Shipping Label Not Created and you haven't received the Shipping Notification):
You can easily cancel your order before a shipping label has been created. Our dedicated team will be more than happy to assist you in cancelling the order promptly and arranging any necessary refunds. Please keep in mind that a shipping label is usually created within 2-24 hours before an order is marked as fulfilled.
After Shipment (Shipping Label Created and you have received a notification email with the tracking link):
Once a shipping label has been created, your order is already on its way! If you still wish to cancel the order at this point, no worries. We will simply process it as a return or recall instead of a cancellation. Just follow our standard return process, and we'll take care of the rest.
