We offer 3 delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove.
We provide Standard Service by default and it's free, the Room of Choice or White Glove Service options will charge an additional service fee. Currently, only some sofa collections below are valid for add-on additional shipping service:

Each service fee is per shipment, not per order. If the order contains multiple shipments, you will be able to select which shipment(s) you would like to apply the delivery service to during the checkout process.
1. Standard Service
We will deliver your item(s) to either the ground floor, lobby, or first dry area of your home (such as a garage, front porch, lobby, etc.) or apartment building. Deliveries to any address that requires using a lift or staircase will be left at the entrance of the lift or foot of the stairs. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or trash removal. Your signature won’t be required.
You will receive a notification email with the tracking info once your order is ready to ship, you may track your order with the details.
2. Room of Choice(Most Popular)
We will deliver your item(s) to the room of your choice within your home, inclusive of up to two flights of stairs. An extra flat rate of $99 applies (plus applicable taxes), depending on your zip code (plus applicable taxes). Kindly note that additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to add-on fees. This service does not include assembly, trash removal, or moving of your old or existing furniture.
You will receive a notification email with the tracking info once your order is ready to ship. You will be contacted by our delivery partner 1-3 days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm your 4-hour delivery window.
3. White Glove
We will deliver your item(s) to your room of choice, inclusive of up to two flights of stairs, unpacking, and up to 30 minutes of full assembly of your item(s), as well as rubbish removal. This service is an extra flat rate of $199 (plus applicable taxes), depending on your zip code. Kindly note that additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to additional fees. This service does not include the removal or moving of your old or existing furniture.
You will receive a notification email with the tracking info once your order is ready to ship. You will be contacted by our delivery partner 1-3 days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm your 4-hour delivery window.
Remember to measure and confirm that your items can fit through doors, staircases, and elevators before placing your order. Our delivery partners will make sure to deliver your products according to your selected service options.
In case of any redelivery requests due to customer-related issues, you'll be responsible for any redelivery fees. If you decide to cancel your order, please note that return shipping and warehouse restocking fees will apply.
Also, please take precautions to protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damage before the delivery. Our delivery partners cannot be held liable for any damages.
Lastly, our delivery service does not include moving any existing furniture in your home.
